We are a unique and beautiful converted factory space with a view of the Statue of Liberty and New York City skyline. Our 2000 square foot open interior, and connected patio, comfortably accommodates very large groups and smaller semi private parties which section off a portion of our space with shared amenities.

Buy outs include access to our indoor bar and lounge area, large wooden dance floor, and optional outdoor lounge add on, set along each side of the venue. We have a 90 person / 5 hour  buy out minimum, as well as a  semi private option with a  35 guest/3 hr minimum. Buy outs include a 3 hr set up time, and option to extend. We offer late night wedding after party food packages, and in house services for flowers and specialized decor. We host all occasions, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, milestone birthdays and anniversaries,bat and bar mitzvahs, sweet sixteen’s, quinceaneras, communions, confirmations, baptisms, baby showers, and late night after parties, primarily Liberty Warehouse weddings, a short walk away.

Our event Menu includes an extravagant 5 course meal served either formal sit down, casual party style, or a mix and match combination of each. Our event coordinators will work with you to personalize every aspect of your event, starting with party structure- formal/traditional set up, casual, or a combination, incorporating traditional aspects into a modern set up. We will talk through menu specifics, and dietary preferences, set up specialty cocktail tastings , and review our in house specialty offerings, and recommended vendors. Our menu can be adjusted to accommodate many dietary preferences, health accommodations, and religious/cultural practices.

Sample Event Menu

Local cured meats, imported cheeses, homemade focaccia with rosemary and rock salt, olives, meatballs with basil and Parmigiano Reggiono, charred Sullivan st Filone, with olive oil and cracked pepper

Tomato bruschetta with melted garlic, fresh ricotta bruschetta with truffle and honey

Radicchio, endive, citrus salad/little gem with shallot vinaigrette, charred beets with baby arugula

Soppressata / Calabrese Sausage/Zucchini and Red Onion Gorgonzola Dolce /Arugula and Prosciutto/ Prosciutto Cotto and Cremini Mushroom/Simple Margherita (all pizzas can be made gluten free and altered to be vegan/vegetarian)

Open Bar

Open bar includes a variety of local beer, our complete wine menu , house cocktails, mixed drinks, mocktails, specialty sodas and NAB’s. You will work with our drink experts to create your specialty event cocktails- a unique and meaningful experience, learning mixology basics, while creating your own commemorative cocktails. We will create special drink menus and feature at the bar.

Pricing

Buyouts are a 5 hour, 90 guest minimum, $45 per person/per hour. Semi private parties are a 3 hour, 35 guest minimum, $38 per person/per hour. A 20% gratuity will be added to final invoice. Our person rate, includes all food/beverage consumption, and all buy out/overhead costs. There are no additional fees aside from a 20% gratuity, and optional in house services ex. (florals, decor, photography, prix fix add ons). Our in house services can be discussed during booking, including our portfolio of add ons, and a follow up session with provider to discuss custom options

 FAQs

  • For smaller parties, we offer either a portion of, or the entire inside or outside space (weather permitting). This allows us to offer your group a semi private event, and still be open to the public. We are a very spacious establishment, so semi private is a great, cost effective option for smaller parties. Menu and pricing are the same as above, with a 35 guest/3 hr minimum.  

  • After the four hour buy out minimum is met, you are welcome to extend the party, and switch over to a bar tab or cash bar. Because we are not only an event space, we don’t have a hard stop policy. This means, your guests are welcome to stay, and we can charge per head, start a tab, or a cash bar where guests pay separately.

  • We are happy to accommodate any dietary preferences or needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc.), and can adjust menu accordingly. 

  • We typically limit our buy outs to 2 events per month, on alternating weekends, so we are able to stay open to the public. We announce closure the week before, but it can often get missed, so we try to limit the number of days we need to turn people away for a private event. Semi-private events are much more flexible.

  • Once we’ve locked in a date and time, we will send you a one page invoice, which reserves your date. We don’t require any payment upfront unless someone inquires about/ requests the same date. In this case, we would require a 10% non-refundable deposit.

  • We ask for an official count 2 days before the event. This will be the final count reflected on your invoice. Payment is due the day of event.

  • Menu can be served buffet or sit down family style, depending on preference. We are also able to mix and match i.e. buffet cocktail hour, sit down meal. Typically more casual events such as birthday, anniversary parties, baby showers, bat mitzvahs, and late night dance parties, are served buffet, while more formal occasions, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, etc., are sit down meals. Buffet is large platters of each course placed on our huge buffet table. Guests help themselves, and the food is replenished until everyone stops eating! We bring pizzas over to clusters of guests as well. Family style consists of long tables with 10-12 place settings. Meal is table service with large portions placed in front of every group of 4. Either way is a feast and we are always praised for our delicious food!

  • Liberty Warehouse is a short walk away, and we are happy to host your after party bash! After parties are $45 per person/ per hour (50 guest/2 hr minimum). This includes open bar from 11pm to 4am. DJs and other forms of entertainment are welcome, and food packages available upon request. There is a $450 per hr wait fee for parties starting after 11pm. This covers overhead costs for the time between the restaurant closing and the after party. Unfortunately, pricing structure is non-negotiable, as this is essentially a late night buy out. For comparable late night spots, check out Sunny’s or San Pedro. These venues are already open late, and can potentially host without the added overhead cost.

  • We can play your Spotify playlist or any musical genre of your choice. For louder, more danceable music, we recommend a live band or DJ.

  • Yes! A full buy out gives you full day access. You or your vendors, family/friends can come as early as you’d like to decorate. For semi-private, you are welcome to come early as well for flower, balloon, favor set up etc.

  • You are welcome to stay as late as you’d like, as long as there is a steady flow of drinks. Option to extend is included in all buy out packages.
